Scope and responsibility
This policy covers the Jabal Al Noor website. The responsible organisation uses limited data to answer website messages, protect the service and measure basic operation. Do not submit payment details, passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Contact form
The form collects a name, email address, request type and message. A one-way hash derived from the submitting network address is stored to support abuse investigation without retaining the plain address in the message record. Messages are intended to be retained for no longer than twelve months unless a request remains active or retention is legally necessary.
Session and technical logs
A short-lived session cookie supports CSRF protection and rate limiting for the form. Server logs may record the requested URL, timestamp, response status, user agent and network address for security and reliability. Access should be limited and retention kept proportionate.
Internal measurement
In production, one internal request to /collect/ may include browser language, local timestamp, timezone and referrer. It is disabled on localhost. The current build contains no advertising identifier and no application analytics.

Following an external ordering, map or source link transfers you to that provider, whose policy applies. Embedded location tracking is not required to use this website.
